Datagnome, LLC ("Datagnome", "we", "us", or "our") operates this site and provides conversational AI and automation services to business clients. This policy covers both visitors to this website and end users of services that Datagnome operates on behalf of its clients. Messaging programs operated by Datagnome are also governed by our SMS Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact details you submit to us through this site, such as your name, email address, company, and message.
- Information provided during support interactions with services we operate for our clients, including name, work email address, employee identifier, and mobile phone number.
- Standard technical and log data, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and pages requested.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to deliver and support the services, to verify the identity of people requesting account assistance, to deliver one-time verification codes and temporary credentials, to secure our systems, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use this information for marketing.
4. Mobile Messaging and Data Sharing
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
Mobile opt-in consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
Datagnome, LLC operates IT service desk virtual assistants under contract for its business clients. Mobile numbers used by those services are supplied by the client organization from its internal employee directory and are used solely to deliver account-verification codes and temporary credentials to the employee who requested them. Mobile numbers are never used for marketing, are never sold, and are not shared with any party other than the telecommunications providers required to transmit the message.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only with subprocessors and infrastructure providers, strictly as necessary to deliver the service and under confidentiality agreements. These fall into the following categories: cloud hosting providers, conversational AI platform providers, and telecommunications carriers. We never share information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls limited to personnel who need it, encryption in transit, and contractual security requirements on our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your Choices
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, email info@datagnome.ai. 8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
